Introduction to Systematic Reviews - Preparation and Searching Online
Join librarians Lisa Gielis and Lindy Ramsay as they demonstrate and discuss how to start preparing for and then conducting searches for a systematic review. The webinar will include topics such as:
considerations before undertaking a review, preparing for a review, key guidelines and reporting standards, refining your question, identifying keywords and synonyms, creating a search strategy, subject headings (MeSH), supplementary searching, documenting and managing your search results and much more.
This webinar will be most suitable for researchers and postgraduate students considering undertaking a systematic-style review (systematic, scoping etc.). All discipline areas are included where possible, however the session does focus on reviews in the health sciences.
