Space Availability

**Following University guidelines all study rooms have a maximum occupancy to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We apologise for any inconvenience.**

 

You can book rooms up to two weeks in advance.

Bookings are held for the first 10 mins. After this time, the room becomes available for walk-up users (current ACU students/staff) until the next booking.

You can book up to one hour per person, per week. After this, rooms are only available on a walk-up basis if they are vacant.

To cancel a booking, click on the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

By making a booking you agree:

  • The room will be used for group study only (not individual study).
  • The room will be left clean and tidy.
  • Any breakages or comments on the condition of the room will be reported to the Library.
  • The use of the room is consistent with Library policies including the Acceptable use of IT Policy.
