- You can make bookings up to 2 weeks in advance.
- You can reserve a room for up to 2 hours per day.
- If a room is empty, you are welcome to use it without a booking — just be ready to vacate if someone has a reservation.
- Bookings are held for 10 minutes. After that, the room becomes available for walk-in use until the next scheduled booking.
- To cancel a booking, simply use the link in your confirmation email.
- Bookings are available for ACU staff and students only.
- Students with an EIP (Education Inclusion Plan) can book the Assistive Technology Room (420.1.70). Your student card is required to unlock the door.
